Ashley Zifer, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Zifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology at The University of Akron and obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree and Certification in Animal Audiology at University of Cincinnati.  She is certified through the American-Speech Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  Dr. Zifer is passionate about being an audiologist, as she’s found the profession to be very rewarding.

Dr. Zifer resides in North Canton with her husband, Joe.  She enjoys snowboarding, boating, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca Kostelnik, M.A., CCC/A

Rebecca attended The Ohio State University and finished her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders at The University of Akron, where she also earned a master's degree in Audiology. Rebecca has been with Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons since 1998. She especially enjoys hearing aid evaluation, fitting and counseling for adults.

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and certified through The American-Speech Language Hearing Association. Her hobbies include bowling, boating and traveling. She has two sons and resides in North Canton with her husband and two rescue animals, a dog and a cat.

Kristine graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s in speech and hearing. She went on to The University of Akron where she earned her master’s in audiology. She has her certification from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She has been with Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons for over 20 years and enjoys all aspects of the assessment and fitting of hearing aids. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, biking and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Laura received her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Ohio University. She obtained her masters degree in audiology from The Ohio State University. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has her certification from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She has worked in the ENT setting for over 14 years, with a majority of that time at Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons. Her hobbies include gardening, traveling, reading and cheering on the Buckeyes. Julie Zickefoose, M.A., CCC/A

Julie received both her bachelor’s and master’s in audiology from The University of Akron. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has her certification from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She has been with Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons since 1997. When not working with audiology patients, Julie enjoys making jewelry and crafts, scrapbooking, and spending time with her daughter, son and husband.
